I purchased this drain valve in case I encounter a leaking drain valve while away from home - its MUCH easier to replace the whole valve than trying to fiddle with replacing just the o-ring.

These are standard on the Vans RV-8 and I carry a spare with me at all times. I have found that the O-Ring will fail from time to time and having these ready to quickly swap allows me to minimize fuel spilling. Then I replace the MS29513-006 O-Ring on the valve I just removed and I have a spare ready to go for the next time.

No. The CAV-110 (05-01865) does not have a wire hole drilled into it for safety wire.
This would use a 1/2" socket.
You would need an an844-4 (steel) or -4d(alum) and an AN910-1(brass) of -1D(alum coupling.
