Not as pricey as it could be and the pre-charged filter is nicer than oiling your high performance filter but... They could include or at least warn us to wear gloves. That crap is sticky! No doubt it isnt getting past the filter. Our oil report never comes back with silicone in it.

The filter fits the Continental 0-200D as installed on the 7EC Champ. The filter was hard to find as the aircraft lacks a Parts Manual. Nick Wood at Spruce was very helpful in identifying the correct part.

It comes packages in a plastic, pre-oiled. It fits exactly. Its plug and play. You only need to remove the retaining bracket, remove the old filter, install new. Easy, works great.
