Absolutely Love these filters. I switched over from the other filter manufacturer after watching several expert reviews suggesting that these are better quality - I have to agree. I change my own oil/filter every 25 hours. I cut every filter and inspect for metal. These filters are solid and durable. I plan to continue using them and highly recommend them.

Yes, the -2 is simply a Tempest designation. This is designed to be used in the exact same applications as the Champion CH48103-1 or any 48103 filter.
