These do not have the high dieletric-strength nylon sleeves as per product description and shown in the image. Instead they have a cheap vinyl insulator that cracks when crimped.
Do not buy the Sta-Kon terminals! These are substandard Walmart junk connectors. They only have the one metal part that crimps to the wire. The Aircraft version have a double crimp area that crimps to the wire, and also grips to the insulation. And these cost TWICE what the good TE Pidg terminals cost! Don’t make the same mistake I did by ordering these. Honestly, I’m surprised that ACS even sells this version.
