Great adhesive. God for carpet, rub strip, door seals. Degrades over time. Used it in the airlines a lot.
Use this adhesive for re coning speakers for commercial audio industry. 3M products are usually hard to get through fastener suppliers but Aircraft Spruce Canada has been the go to place for this adhesive.

Per Vendor: The 3M warranty or shelf life relates to the condition of the material as it leaves 3Ms facility and controlled by particular storage conditions. As long as the adhesive is maintained in the appropriate storage conditions and the containers are resealed, the adhesive should still perform throughout the shelf life.
For best results the adhesive and the materials being joined should be at 65 degrees. The tech data sheet does not mention a lowest possible temp.
Via air methods, yes, it is considered hazardous materials and subject to hazardous fees. If shipping via UPS Ground within the USA, it is not considered hazardous goods.
