Robust. Allows lots of articulation.
It takes very little torque on the knob to get a solid grip. Very strong design for vibrating environment.
I purchased this connector arm to attach an ipad holder to the yoke of my Cherokee unfortunately it is too short for this application RAM needs to publish a guide for which products fit specific aircraft models instead of requiring the user to fit them by trial and error. I ended up purchasing two parts that dont fit my application.
