We have been using this product often and we have not had any issues. My only suggestion is to buy the insulating washer as well when you order this item. Same with headphone socket.
SWITCHCRAFT SWC S12B MICROPHONE JACK JJ-033
Perfect for what I needed. Delivery was quick (a day early). Now if you could only had a molded adapter to a 3.5 plug it would be perfect.

This is NOT the small jack for the microphone. The headphone jack fits into it, which means it is .250 diameter. Your spec sheet isnt available, which would confirm what the size is. The small jack is supposed to be .206 diameter. I ordered 2 each of Part# 11-04936 and Part# 11-05995, but my David Clark 1/4 diameter headphone jack fits in all four of them.
