I had to use my Dremel tool to carefully trim back the plastic ear piece based to snap into my old 30-3G headset. Other wise fine. It is getting tough to find parts for good working older Lightspeed headsets. I also had to fabricate aluminum parts for the broken plastic parts on my favorite old 20XL. No more support has soured me regarding Light Speed headsets/products.

instructions dont seem to match product. Im now afraid that Ive pulled the old seal off the headset rendering them useless. The new seal does not have a brown protective paper covering the glue and I think Ive destroyed the new seals as well.
