One of the pieces I had to replace was #11 Powder Metal Washer. The diagram shows a notch cut out of it, which matches the piece I was replacing. The part I received did not have the notch in it, which is necessary to fit around a pin I have. I emailed ACS and their reply was that newer forgings do not have the pin and thus dont need the notch. They said that it is acceptable to put the notch in it yourself if yours has a pin.
