I replaced a 20 year old Bose X with this, and Im glad I did! Low frequencies ANR seems equivalent, but the passive high frequency attenuation is much better on the DC (aircraft is RV6-A). Quality of design is top-notch, metal parts where needed instead of the plastic on the Bose.

This is a fantastic headset. I have owned many David Clark headsets through the years, they keep getting better! No longer are they the heavy ear crushers they were. The DC One XP is light comfortable and very quiet, also offering stereo music, bluetooth connectivity, and ANC...with panel power batteries are not an issue.. I highly recommend this headset

The batteries are for the control module, however the panel power is for the ENC.
There is an adapter that will convert LEMO jacks to dual GA plugs. Please view part # 11-03570.
