After 10 years of use, the Bose headset ear pads detached from the mounting ring. The replacements were easy to install.

Ear cushions and cushion are standard Bose quality and what comes on the headsets new. The microphone cover on the other hand is to small and appears to be for a Bose X headset and would not fit on the A20s.
