Q: What guage is harness? Is it shielded?

We are using 22 gauge wire. It will have both shielded and unshielded wire.

Q: Does this strobe light get wired to the wing AEROLEDS PULSAR NSP STROBE LIGHTS so the flashes sequence?

Yes this does have a sync wire.

Q: Is there a list of aircraft this fits without modification? EG I have a Cessna 150 (early model), theres a tiny existing fairing for a position light bulb on trailing edge of rudder...will this simply fit in as a bulb replacement?

There is not an aircraft specific listing for this light but it does replace most common light assemblies.
